Welcome to Eat. Well. Prepped! Kristie and Courtney here! Two gals that met at a CrossFit gym and share a love of fitness (most of the time!), nutrition, and cooking. We are both hardworking, busy moms who decided to join forces to bring you affordable, healthy (for the most part!) meals that will make your day to day lives easier! Our goal is to simplify mealtimes and give you back some time in your day to handle other aspects of life! We understand the importance of having readily available fresh and healthy meals to make your week successful! Cooking shouldn’t be a burden and take out isn’t always the greatest!
